Q. My hand is not being detected properly. A. Please show your open palm clearly to the camera. Make sure you are in a well-lit environment. Your hand should be fully visible within the camera frame.

Q. The counter is not going up when I move my hand. A. Please move your hand up and down with a larger motion. Moving too fast may be blocked by the anti-cheat system.

Q. I accidentally denied camera permission. A. Go to iPhone Settings → SixSeven → Enable Camera permission.

Q. My best score disappeared. A. Deleting the app will reset your records. Scores are currently stored locally on your device only.

Q. Which devices are supported? A. SixSeven is available on iPhone running iOS 16.0 or later.

Q. Can I remove ads? A. Ad removal is not supported in the current version.

Q. 손이 잘 인식되지 않아요. A. 카메라 앞에 손바닥을 펼친 채로 보여주세요. 조명이 밝은 환경에서 사용하면 더 잘 인식됩니다. 손이 카메라 화면 안에 충분히 보여야 합니다.

Q. 손을 움직여도 카운트가 안 올라가요. A. 손을 충분히 크게 위아래로 움직여주세요. 너무 빠르게 흔들면 트릭 방지 시스템으로 인해 카운트되지 않을 수 있습니다.

Q. 카메라 권한을 거부했어요. A. 아이폰 설정 → SixSeven → 카메라 권한을 허용으로 변경해주세요.

Q. 최고기록이 사라졌어요. A. 앱을 삭제하면 기록이 초기화됩니다. 현재 버전은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.

Q. 어떤 기기에서 사용 가능한가요? A. iOS 16.0 이상의 iPhone에서 사용 가능합니다.
